Contact: Steven Chung, 647-887-7401

Thank you so much for your interest in the intro photography class. It’s meant as a way for me to give back to the community, and I hope you’ll glean at least a few tips, perhaps spark a deeper love of photography.

What we’ll cover:

  1. Photographic vision

  2. Composition

  3. Basics of photographic technique

  4. Post-processing

  5. Q&A, Hands-on

I will be assuming you know very little about photography, so please don’t feel intimidated at all with what you think you know/don’t know. There’s no one right way to do photography, and the approaches and methods are unique for everyone (apart from the technical basics, of course).

What to bring:

  • Your camera, whether it be your phone, point-and-shoot, or other advanced cameras

  • Something to take notes with

  • Questions!

Some light refreshments will be provided :D

How to get here:

8 Telegram Mews, Suite 717 - Buzzer code: 1669

  • TTC: Take the 510 Spadina streetcar from wherever is convenient, and get off at Bremner Blvd. Head towards the Sobey’s, and it’s the building right after you pass it.

  • By Car: I have one parking space, plus perhaps one visitor parking available, so please let me know if you need a spot. There are also parking options at Front and Spadina, but I recommend using transit if you can!

I will likely meet everyone in the lobby first, but in case you’re running late, buzz in using the code above, take the elevators to the 7th floor, and go all the way to the end of the hallway to your left.

See everyone soon!
